Service Delivery Policy

Consider Analytics sells fully digital services — analytics subscriptions, AI platform access, and custom AI builds. No physical goods are shipped. This page describes how digital service delivery works.
Delivery channels
Deliverables are provided through one or more of the following, depending on the service:
- Hosted dashboards accessible via secure login
- Monthly PDF or slide reports delivered by email
- Audience and segment exports (CSV / API push) into your ad platforms or CRM
- Live recommendation widgets embedded directly in your ecommerce store
- API and webhook delivery into your data warehouse or workflow tooling
- Voice and chat agents deployed on phone, WhatsApp, web, or in-app channels
Delivery timing
- Onboarding begins within one business day of subscription confirmation.
- First deliverable for every subscription is received by the end of Month 1.
- Monthly cadence deliverables (reports, model refreshes, dashboard updates) arrive within the first week of each new month.
- Custom builds deliver against milestones defined in the scoping proposal. Typical timelines: 1–2 weeks for simple agents, 3–6 weeks for complex multi-agent workflows.
Access & credentials
Where access credentials are required (dashboards, platform logins), they are sent to the email address used at checkout within one business day of subscription confirmation.
Service availability
We target 99.5% availability for all hosted dashboards and AI platform access. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Unscheduled outages are communicated as they occur.
International customers
All Services are delivered electronically and are available globally subject to applicable law and to availability of the relevant third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business) in your region.
