Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consider Analytics sells subscription-based marketing analytics services, AI platform subscriptions, and custom AI build engagements. These are professional services rather than physical goods, so refund handling differs from a traditional retail policy. This page sets out exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

Subscription services

This applies to MMM, MTA, CLV, Customer Segmentation, Recommendation Engine, Campaign Analytics, Conversational AI, Lookalike Modeling, and any other monthly-billed analytics or AI subscription on this store.

  • First month is non-refundable once onboarding has started. Onboarding includes analyst hours, data integration work, model setup, and the production of your first monthly deliverable. These costs are incurred regardless of cancellation timing within the first month.
  • From Month 2 onwards you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice (email is sufficient). Your current billing period continues to completion; the next billing period is not charged.
  • Pro-rated refunds may be issued at our discretion if a subscription is terminated for cause (e.g. an inability on our side to deliver the agreed scope). Pro-rating is calculated against unused calendar days in the active billing period.

Platform access (kAInet / Campaign Creation AI)

  • Platform subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle from your account settings or by contacting us.
  • No refund is issued for the current billing period once it has started, because access has already been granted.
  • Annual prepaid plans: unused months can be refunded if cancelled within the first 30 days of the annual term. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

Custom AI builds (Agentic Workflows)

  • Custom builds are scoped, fixed-fee engagements. Refund terms are set in the individual scoping proposal you sign before work begins.
  • Typical structure: an upfront deposit (non-refundable, against discovery and architecture work), milestone payments (non-refundable once the milestone has been delivered and accepted), and a final payment on deployment.
  • If we cannot deliver against the agreed scope, unused milestone payments are refunded in full.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email ajmal.aksar@expressanalytics.net with your subscription details (product name, subscription start date, billing email). We will confirm cancellation in writing within one business day.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or that we have not delivered against scope, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We work in good faith to resolve any disagreement quickly.
