About the services

Is this a SaaS platform or an agency service?
Both, depending on the product. Conversational AI and Campaign Creation AI (kAInet) are platform/tool subscriptions. Marketing analytics services (MMM, MTA, CLV, segmentation, attribution, recommendations, lookalike) are fully-managed monthly subscriptions delivered by our analyst team. Agentic Workflows is a custom build engagement.

Where are you based?
United Arab Emirates. We work with brands globally, with regional focus on UAE, GCC, India, and Europe.

Who delivers the work?
The Consider Analytics team. Every analytics engagement includes a dedicated analyst as your point of contact. AI builds include a dedicated technical account manager.

Pricing and billing

Are prices in AED?
Yes, all listed prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). For international customers we can invoice in USD or EUR on request; please reach out before checkout.

Is there a minimum term?
Most subscriptions recommend a 3-month minimum to give the underlying models time to stabilize. After that you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.

How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly via the payment methods enabled in checkout. Custom builds (Agentic Workflows) are billed against milestones set in the scoping proposal.

Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual prepayment is available for any subscription on request. Typical annual pricing is 12–15% below monthly. Contact us before checkout.

What about VAT?
UAE VAT (5%) is added at checkout for UAE customers. International customers see VAT-exclusive pricing and are billed inclusive of any applicable local taxes their jurisdiction requires.

Delivery and onboarding

When does work start?
Onboarding begins within one business day of subscription confirmation. The first concrete deliverable arrives by end of Month 1 for every service.

Do I need to install anything?
No. All services are delivered through your existing platforms (ad accounts, ecommerce store, CRM, email). We integrate via API or secure data export — nothing to install on your end.

What data do you need?
It varies by service. Typically: ad platform access, ecommerce transaction history, CRM data, and email engagement data. Each product page lists its specific data requirements.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We process data through encrypted connections, store outputs in access-controlled environments, and sign NDAs and data processing agreements on request. We do not share customer data across engagements.

Refunds and cancellation

Can I cancel mid-month?
Yes, with 30 days written notice. Your current billing period continues; you won't be billed for the next one.

Do you offer refunds?
Because services are delivered as scoped engagements that include analyst time, the first month is non-refundable once onboarding has started. From Month 2 onwards, unused portions can be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion if the engagement is terminated for cause. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

Customization

Can the service be customized to my industry?
Yes. Every analytics engagement is scoped to your specific business model, KPIs, and decision-makers. Standard services adapt to ecommerce, retail, B2B, lead-gen, marketplaces, and subscription businesses without additional fees.

What if I need something not listed?
